The Burning of Nordhaven and England
In a far away land of Dundrum, I was called forth by the King of Medieval England to lay witness to the burning of Nordhaven for the second time. With swords in hand, I immediately embarked on a long journey to Nordhaven. My arrival was met with huge flames. It seems that the King of Medieval England set the surrounding area ablazed. Whether it was stupidity or bravery on the part of the King of Medieval England, I can not tell but it did enraged the people of Nordhaven. The King of Medieval England mounted his steed and hastily left to the safety of his own kingdom. I myself left as quickly as I arrived. Enraged and seeking vengeance, the warriors of Nordhaven immediately declared war on Medieval England and set forth to the island kingdom.
Back in Medieval England, the King prepared for war. He summoned his messengers and sent messages to all his knights to come defend the kingdom. Unfortunately, the King had no choice but to defend the kingdom alone.
With his Queen by his side, the King of Medieval England was successful in fending off the invaders but he failed in protecting the kingdom. One of the invaders was successful in setting the kingdom ablaze as the King of Medieval England did to Nordhaven.
The battle ended as fast as it started but that does not mean the war between Medieval England and Nordhaven is over. I am quite certain that both side has not yet forgiven each other for the destruction both of them has done to one another. The flames may have died down but the fury and anger that ignited it is still there.
As a foreign observer, I did not take part in the conflict but you can. Become a Knight in Medieval England and help defend the Kingdom against the Barbarians of Nordhaven.
You fail to mention the 1 million times Nords have sacked England, going so far as to plant our flag in the middle of their town. To “Rezz” a few fires and run away is no great feat….To rally forth and roll threw ALL of the RPG empires, then to England and later to fight the Army of Toxian led by Dimentox(creator of DCS) himself and beat them. Now that is something to tell stories of…>:-)) Far as I know only the Warriors of Nordhaven can claim thus..
I believe I did not fail to mention anything that needs mentioning. What you are saying are events that did not happen on that particular day.
The greatness of Nordhaven over Medieval England is a different story that would be written in a different time (if time permits it).
